Only possible with a Master! – Opens with endless possibilities!

For last 3 years I tried to achieve the Ontario Police fitness award.  I came close but could not achieve due to various elements such as injuries to my knee and ankle.

I tried various physiotherapy, acupuncture, weight training and chiropractor methods etc.   They all helped me but still I could not fully recover. Not only the pieces of the puzzles have not completed but also I did not have any capability to complete the puzzle.

By Grace I attended the May 2017 Sri Sri School of Yoga Yoga Teacher Training program with Krishanji and Bhartiji in Art of Living retreat center Boone, NC.

Two weeks of mesmerizing training felt eternal and wanting more.  I have learned healing techniques and healing methods, how we can isolate and heal certain part of the body using Yoga and Yogic techniques.   Learned how holistic effort required to heal and most importantly the Grace of the master behind each pose.

It’s hard to put words to the days of learning but I feel finally I’ve found a fulfilling training, filled with knowledge, hard core yoga poses, techniques, bhakti, new pranayama’s,  natural no side effect healing techniques, enthusiasm for practices etc.

Most importantly the Grace.  With Grace of the master we can push our own boundary of learning and achieve anything.

I continue to practice Sri Sri Yoga every day and I finally did the exam at the end of June 2017 and achieved the fitness award.

Beginning to soak in to the reality how 1 month of Sri Sri Yoga gives such a strength, imagine continuous practice!

It’s a great sense of satisfaction and full of gratitude to master for giving so much!

Only possible with a Master!

With Love

To Become a Yogi!

Extremely grateful to have been gone through Sri Sri Yoga Teacher training program (SSY TTP) with Krishanji in Boone, NC (May 7th-20th).

There is saying only with a Guru you become limitless and only with Guru there are no boundaries for your improvement.  To experience that push and keep going is something I will cherish with my whole life.

Krishanji’s teaching simply out of this world.  Simplified so many things and made so many process, knowledge and Asanas so easy.  It was so easy to learn the difficult knowledge and Asana with him.
With Krishanji Asanas, wisdom points and Meditations are very practical and easy to follow.

Krishanji challenges you with ease and felt a *Great Love of a Father* to a Son and even the very intensive Asana’s and process become so easy to do.

I have learned new dimension for many Asanas which will lead me to understand the deep Yogic practices.

Krishanji’s secret healing method for different part of the body and strengthening the body with Asana will help me come back from injury faster.

Learning and unlearning is very easy with Krishanji, very inspirational teaching methods, simple, humble and very deep and powerful.

Learn so many cool tricks to heal the body quickly and different cleansing techniques which keep the body at fit all the time.

In summary:
I feel extremely grateful to have been gone through this program and Started to believe to live the life of Yogi
