Mission Green Earth 2013 Year in Review - Art of Living volunteers Service summary for 2013

Year 2013 we have seen great achievement in our Service work

-  In City of Mississauga
-          With City of Mississauga we have planted 1480 trees in 3 woodlots and parks. 
-          We have receive a certificate from City Councilor and honorary City pin from another City Councilor
-          Continued our commitment to keep the park clean and healthy (Do not be littler bug campaign)

-  In City of Toronto
-          Maintained the park Marie Curtis Park (received many testimonials)

-  In City of Richmond Hill
         Continue our commitment to Hunter’s Point habitat Wildlife park maintenance (received many testimonials)

-  In City of Milton
-          Initiated Blood donation camp and partnered with Blood Canada with Partner ID ARTF014491 (received many testimonials)

-  In City of Brampton
-          Adopted Carabram Park to keep the park clean and healthy (received many testimonials)

Year 2014 we will again pledge and will continuing with our commitment to contribute and support the society we live in by doing Seva/Service.

With City of Toronto Art of Living Mission Green Earth volunteers Service Event - August 8th 2013

With City of Toronto Art of Living Mission Green Earth volunteers removed the invasive species and make way to the native trees.  

We are so grateful we could do these events and help to preserve the native trees in Toronto.

Carabram Park in Brampton Adopted by Art of Living Brampton

Enthusiastic Team of Art of Living volunteers lead by Maninderji in Brampton performed Park clean up at Carabram park, ravine and woodlot.    Art of Living adopted the Carabram Park, ravine and woodlot and will commit to keep it clean.  


Aug 3rd 2013 about 25 Art of Living volunteers (Youths and Adults) took part in cleanup of Art of living adopted Carabram Park.     We are humble and happy to contribute back to Our Great City by keeping the City of Brampton Clean and safe.



We removed the plastics and bottles that harm the environment and people who visit the park.   

Looking forward to contribute more to beautiful city we live in.

Art of Living - Mission Green Earth - Spring 2013 Service update

Once again Spring 2013 has proven how resilient we are when comes to Service.

We are so grateful that we can do these Services.

our Spring 2013 humble Achievements:

1)  City Councilor from Ward 7 Presented us with honorary City Pin as part of National Volunteer Week – Day 1 April 27th Tree planting day
2)  To Honor World Humanitarian Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's Birthday more than 100 volunteers planted 500 Trees – May 11th - Our Mega Tree planting
3)  Adopted Park in Mississauga and maintained it – May 25h
4)  City Councilor from Ward 2 Presented with Reference letter and Testimonials
5)  Spring 2013 alone we have planted 1030 trees and we are #2 small organization planters for City of Mississauga’s  One Million Trees Vision (for more check the web site http://onemilliontrees.ca)

In one short season this is a very impressive achievement.  Thanks for all the support and wishes
